Debt Management Plans

One of the options that you may want to use to pay off your debts and avoid bankruptcy is the Debt Management Program (DMP). All major creditors participate in our Debt Management Program. Most will offer you lower interest rates and an end to additional late and over-limit fees, so that you are able to pay off your debts in a reasonable amount of time.

Our New York State Banking Department License assures you that your Debt Management Program will pay off your debts within 5 years. If you and your counselor agree that the DMP is your best option, you will make one monthly payment to CCCS^® that we will disburse to your creditors. Most creditors will bring your past due accounts current after they receive three consecutive payments through CCCS. There is a nominal monthly servicing fee; 100% of payments are disbursed to your creditors.
