Online Bankruptcy Counseling

Before you register and pay for the online bankruptcy course, please review the following notes carefully:

Check the system requirements in the Support Section before paying for the session.
Joint filers must conduct their own individual courses using unique email addresses in order to obtain certificates.
If you need any assistance throughout the counseling or education course, you may reach us at (800) 479-6026 during normal business hours Monday through Thursday 8am to 7pm and Friday 8am to 5pm, or view other contact options.
Upon completion, one of our certified counselors will review your material before issuing a certificate. This will include assuring that you completed all of the worksheets and spent an appropriate amount of time on the material. You will be asked to mail or fax us a copy of your driver’s license or other valid photo ID to verify your identity. You will also be contacted by the counselor by email or phone prior to receiving your certificate.
