	National Foundation for Credit Counseling As a member agency of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC), CCCS delivers the highest quality of financial education and counseling to our community members. The NFCC seal represents superior standards for our accreditation, counselor certification and policies that ensure free or low-cost, confidential counseling services.
	Counsel on Accreditation Accredited by the Counsel on Accreditation (COA), our relationship with this organization shows commitment to service excellence and client rights. These standards that CCCS must uphold reflect in the counseling and educational services that we provide.
	Better Business Bureau Our Better Business Bureau membership represents sound customer service practices and agency ethics. Maintaining our client's trust and confidence in the organization is a very important part of the Agency's Mission, Vision & Values.
	New York State Banking Department Licensing by the New York State Banking Department ensures that CCCS is in compliance with its day-to-day operations, which includes the quality of counseling services that we provide to our clients.
	U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development We are approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to conduct housing counseling and education. This serves our clients in numerous ways in dealing with home buying and mortgage payment challenges.
